This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website www.espaco84.com, operated by Espaço 84, and takes into account that products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand supplier Printful.

1. General Information

All products sold on www.espaco84.com are produced on demand by Printful, meaning each item is custom-made after an order is placed. For this reason, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

This policy complies with Portuguese law, including Decree-Law No. 24/2014, without prejudice to exceptions legally applicable to customized goods.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons of change of mind, size selection errors, or personal preference, as permitted under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, which excludes customized or personalized goods from the right of withdrawal.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, the customer must contact Espaço 84 within 30 days of product delivery.

To initiate a claim, the customer must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

• A brief description of the issue

Once the claim is validated, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Incorrect Items

If the customer receives an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or design), Espaço 84 must be notified within 30 days of delivery. After verification, the correct item will be resent or a refund issued.

5. Lost Shipments

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, Espaço 84 will work with Printful to resolve the issue and will offer a replacement or refund.

Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

6. Returns Process

Customers should not return any products without prior authorization.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
